About This Rental Unit

The Jayco North Point 1 (Double Master) features two private master suites—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed—along with two full bathrooms. Above the queen suite, there is a loft that accommodates three twin beds. This camper includes a fully equipped kitchen with residential appliances and a dining area. An additional mini fridge is available in the outdoor storage compartment, and a washer/dryer is included.

Included Amenities:

• Fully stocked kitchen with cooking and serving essentials, including 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, 2 dish towels, drying mat, dish soap, and hand soap.
• Coffee maker with filters and a toaster oven located in the kitchen.
• Each bathroom has 4 bath towels, 4 washcloths, 2 hand towels, hand soap, a bath mat, 2 RV-safe toilet paper rolls, and a shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser.
• Each bed and bunk will be supplied with freshly laundered linens, covers, and pillows.

**Please inform the office if additional bedding is needed for pull-out sofas or drop-down tables.**

Cancellation Policy:

For Rentals Less Than 30 Days:

• Free cancellation is available as long as you cancel more than 15 days prior to departure.
• Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in will not receive a refund.
• No refunds for early departures.
• Changes to reservations within 15 days of check-in will incur a change fee of $20 per night based on the length of the reservation. Guests must have future dates set at the time of the change to use a credit. Reservation credits must be used within 90 days of the original booking; credits will be applied once a new reservation is made.

For Rentals More Than 30 Days:

• 50% deposit required at booking.
• Free cancellation if you cancel 30 days before delivery.
• No refunds for early departures.
